Orange Sriracha Wing Sauce
We never really eat the same thing twice a month unless there are leftovers. Thereβs one, though, that we do have a couple of times a month, and itβs wings! This is a meal that both David and I enjoy a lot π! Itβs uncomplicated and so tasty!
After we pick two different sauces, we bake our wings in the oven and make the sauces. I like to serve them with cruditΓ©s π₯π₯¬, a few slices of cheese, and dressings on the side like Ranch or Blue Cheese.
As you know me, I like diversity, and I have over 20 different flavors of sauce in my repertoire β not all of them are posted yet, but Iβm working on it πβ¦
The ones that are on the website π» are Teriyaki, Smoky Buffalo, Triple Chili, Mango Chipotle, Ethiopian Red Pepper, Bacon Jam, Thai Sweet Chili, Spicy Strawberry, and now this featured oneβ¦ Orange Sriracha Wing Sauce!
This sauce is absolutely I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E! Like the others, itβs very easy to make, and the results are amazing! The combination of ingredients makes this condiment so flavorful. As the title indicates, thereβs sriracha sauce in it, but like most recipes, you can always adjust the heat π₯ to your level by adding more or less.
This Orange Sriracha Wing Sauce can be made π©βπ³π¨βπ³ while the wings are in the oven. After the sauce is brought to a rapid simmer, the heat is reduced to medium-low to let it thicken slowly. The only thing that needs attention is at the end of cooking because you want some thickness to it, but as the sauce cools off, it will thicken even more so be careful not to overdo it.
We love this Orange Sriracha Sauce for our βwing nightβ or when friends are over. With Super Bowl π coming up this weekend, youβll need a big plate of wings, and this is a tasty condiment that you simply have to make for them! This sauce totally deserves to be in your folderβ¦
Bon AppΓ©tit!π½
