Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup marmalade see Recipe
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp. honey tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, minced
  • 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add orange juice, marmalade, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, ginger and pressed garlic.
  • Whisk the ingredients very well and bring the mixture to a rapid simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer gently until the sauce thickens and reduces by half, about 25 to 35 minutes. Keep in mind that as it cools off, the sauce will thicken more.
