When the warm weather comes, we make sure to eat fruits every day. They’re so juicy, flavorful, and fresh. In general, everyone enjoys fruits as is, in smoothies, or desserts 🍰. There’s another way I like to have mine, and it’s with my Orange Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip!

There’s nothing wrong with enhancing fruit by serving this tasty condiment! Fresh, mouthwatering , and incredibly easy to make, this recipe has to be on your “to-do” list 📑 this summer. This is totally a crowd-pleaser! It can be served for brunch, when hosting a party, or for dessert.

This condiment pairs so well with any of your favorite fruits! I buy what’s available or depending how I feel. It can be strawberries, grapes 🍇, kiwis, pineapple, cantaloupes, bananas, oranges, etc. When it’s time to serve, I garnish with either finely grated orange zest (not too much though), or chopped nuts like pistachios, pecans, walnuts, or almonds.

The two basic ingredients are cream cheese and vanilla yogurt. I use Neufchâtel cheese, but regular cream cheese will be just fine as long as either one is at room temperature. If you forgot 😟 to take the cheese out, here’s a great trick to bring it to room temperature rapidly…How to Soften Cream Cheese Quickly

When it comes to vanilla yogurt, unless you have time to make 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 your own, simply use your favorite brand – I use Activia. I suggest not using other flavored ones, as they might mask the gorgeous taste of the fruits.

Orange zest 🍊 is a little bit on the strong side, and like it in most recipes, it doesn’t require a lot. For the Orange Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip, it only needs ½ a teaspoon. A microplane is the best kitchen tool to use. If you don’t own one, after grating it, you’ll have to chop it finely for best results.

It doesn’t matter which recipe you’re making, it’s always important to taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. This applies to this featured one as well. The best way to do it is to take a piece of fruit and dip it. Keep in mind that fruits are fairly sweet, so don’t go overboard with the sweetness. From there, transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 2 to 3 hours ⏰ to allow the flavors to blend.

Smooth and creamy, with a nicely balanced orange flavor, this tasty Orange Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip enhances any of your favorite fruits 🥝🍍! Bring summer to your table with this delicious dip!
