While we were in Rancho Mirage vacationing, we went to one of our favorite grocery stores. We wanted to make David’s famous Creamy Spicy Guacamole but alas, the avocados were all hard and unripe. There was a gentleman working there that I approached, asking him if he knew a trick to ripen them faster. -“Of course!” he replied…
After listening to his suggestion, we went home with some green, unripe avocados and gave it a try. A couple of days later, to our surprise, his simple trick worked and we were able to enjoy this amazing fruit.
