I’ve set my mind (and goals) that 2025 will be a big change, a great transition for a better me 👱‍♀️! All my life, I had the perfect body without putting any effort into it. Since my menopause though, I’ve gained a lot of weight that I haven’t been able to shred. Well, that’s enough of the insanity!
 
I’ve been on a detox a couple times already (more to come) and also, I’m back to the gym 🏋️‍♀️! When I’m done exercising, I’m hungry! I need to eat something satisfying and also healthy. It can be my Homemade Granola, Avocado Sweet Pea Toast, Hard-boiled Egg, White Omelet, or a smoothie!
 
On the website, I have a dozen recipes of smoothie to choose from like Papaya, Polynesian, Berry Fusion Smoothie, and many more. Another one that I like to load my body with great nutrients and vitamins 💚 is my Hawaiian Smoothie!
 
Healthy and so tasty, this is a great refreshing beverage to make in the morning. Like any other smoothie, this Hawaiian Smoothie recipe is quick and easy to make 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳. The only thing you need is a very good blender… that’s all!
 
I don’t have any lactose intolerance therefore I use regular milk 🥛 but for those of you who have this condition, you can switch for almond milk which is equally delicious! There’s also vanilla yogurt that goes in and although there’s lactose in it, it’s easier for people to digest than milk.
 
The other ingredients that are a part of this amazing smoothie are mangoes, pineapple, banana 🍌 and coconut flakes! All are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and more…
 
With exotic ingredients, this Hawaiian Smoothie is a delicious way to start your day! After losing over 18 lbs. since the beginning of the year – and more to come before reaching my goal -, I’ll be relying on exercising 🚴‍♀️ as well as good, nutritious food which include this healthy beverage…

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (substitute almond milk)
  • 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups mangoes, peeled, stone removed and diced tips & tricks
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. sweetened coconut flakes

Directions
 

  • In the jar of a blender, add all the ingredients.
  • Process until the mixture is well blended and smooth. If needed, add some agave nectar.
