How to Cut a Mango
When it comes to fruits and vegetables, there’s very few that I’m not fond of… I like the majority of them. When it comes to fruits, there is one that I think is the most flavorful (okay so is passion fruit, pineapple, kiwi, and perhaps another dozen or so…), and it’s mango. The first time I bought one, I totally butchered that little guy. I just didn’t know how to handle it. Asking around, I finally learned how to Cut a Mango!
In this tutorial video, I’ll show you how to prepare and cut a mango into two different cuts which are strips and cubes. If you’ve never prepared a mango before, it’s easier than you think.
* If you want to freeze mango, cube and place them in a re-sealable plastic bag. Transfer to the freezer for up to 6 months.
Adding mango to your diet is a very good choice and the health benefits are quite amazing.
