Caribbean Smoothie
I’ve been trying very hard to eat breakfast. I’m much better than what I used to be. It’s somehow ironic because I love breakfast foods so it shouldn’t be a problem to enjoy my first meal of the day. It has nothing to do with laziness but simply because I don’t take the time. I also get up early and start drinking coffee ☕. After a few cups, I don’t really feel like eating anything.
Nowadays, I reduce my caffeine consumption considerably and make an effort to eat something, anything. It can be a fruit 🍊, beverage, cereals or some bread 🍞. It seems that smoothies are what I go for more often. It’s fast and so healthy 💚 just like this recipe… my Caribbean Smoothie!
It’s unbelievable that such a simple recipe can be so delicious! With a great combination of ingredients, this beverage is so tasty! Actually, this Caribbean Smoothie is one of my favorites! I like to use almond milk with coconut 🥥. I find it gives that little extra tropical flavor which enhances this healthy drink so remarkably.
Since the day Club Foody came alive back in 2016, I’ve probably posted over a dozen breakfast drink recipes like my Kiwi•Banana•Pineapple•Orange Smoothie which was featured in a very popular American cooking website (that was before I started CF), Tahini Mango Peanut Butter Smoothie, Berry Fusion Smoothie, Pomegranate Avocado Detox Smoothie, Polynesian Smoothie and many, many more.
I love fruits in the morning and this Caribbean Smoothie is a great way to enjoy them. It’s very refreshing, filling and uncomplicated… perfect when we’re still half asleep! It’s so easy to make 👩🍳 so there’s no reason for not trying it soon.
Cheers!🧉
