- 2 large carrots, washed, peeled and ends cut off
- 2 medium beets, peeled tips & tricks
- 2 medium apples, washed and cored
- 1 large red pepper, washed, seeded and ribs removed
- 1 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
- 2 large celery ribs, washed and ends cut off tips & tricks
- 1 large lemon, peeled and halved
Using a juicer, combine all the ingredients together and process until well blended.
Serve immediately before it begins losing it's nutrients which starts about 30 minutes later.
Footnote: For extra nutrients, add 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
