- 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped tips & tricks
- 4 large green onions, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz.) refried beans
- 1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix see Recipe
- 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 3 cups guacamole see Recipe
- 2 cups chunky medium salsa
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives, or more to taste *optional
In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes and green onion; set aside.
In another medium bowl, blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture in a large serving bowl.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Spread over the refried beans.
Top the layers with homemade guacamole then add a layer of salsa.
Sprinkle cheese on top and finish with the tomato mixture. Garnish with black olives.
