Seven Layer Salad

SALAD
- 4 cups iceberg salad, chopped tips & tricks
- 1 ½ cups red onions, diced tips & tricks
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped tips & tricks
- 1 ½ cups red peppers, diced
DRESSING
- ½ cup Miracle Whip
- ½ cup mayonnaise see Recipe
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce such as Cholula
- ½ tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground mixed peppercorns
In a trifle bowl (8x5), add an even layer of iceberg lettuce, red onions, peas, hard-boiled eggs, and bell peppers; set aside. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients; stir until well blended.
Pour the dressing on the top of the bell peppers; spread it out evenly.
Evenly sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the dressing, then the crumbled bacon, and finish with green onions. Serve immediately otherwise, cover and store in the fridge until needed.
