Ingredients

SALAD

  • 4 cups iceberg salad, chopped tips & tricks
  • 1 ½ cups red onions, diced tips & tricks
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped tips & tricks
  • 1 ½ cups red peppers, diced

DRESSING

  • ½ cup Miracle Whip
  • ½ cup mayonnaise see Recipe
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce such as Cholula
  • ½ tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground mixed peppercorns

TOPPINGS

Directions

  • In a trifle bowl (8x5), add an even layer of iceberg lettuce, red onions, peas, hard-boiled eggs, and bell peppers; set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients; stir until well blended.
  • Pour the dressing on the top of the bell peppers; spread it out evenly.
  • Evenly sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the dressing, then the crumbled bacon, and finish with green onions.
  • Serve immediately otherwise, cover and store in the fridge until needed.
