Hawaiian Ham Bacon Pizza

- 2 large -12 inch pizza crusts see Recipe
- cornmeal, for dusting
- 1 can (7.5 oz./213 ml) pizza sauce
- 6 tbsp. BBQ sauce of your choice
- 2/3 cup red onions, chopped
- 2/3 cup mixed red bell peppers (such as red and yellow), chopped
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced see Recipe
- 6 slices bacon, almost cooked and cut in pieces tips & tricks
- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes, or to taste
- garlic salt, to taste
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, for garnish tips & tricks
Preheat oven to 500ºF and dust two pizzea pans with cornmeal. Place 1 pizza dough on top of each and create a crust of about 1-inch by pushing up; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce with pizza sauce; set aside.
Spread the sauce mixture evenly on the dough, leaving an inch around the pizza edge.
Top with the rest of the ingredients except the parsley.
Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the heat and let it rest for 7 minutes. Sprinkling on some chopped parsley before slicing.
