Sausalito Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Miracle Whip®
  • 1 tbsp. light sour cream
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp. red onions, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice tips & tricks
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish see Recipe
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon, coarsely chopped plus 1 oz. finely chopped for garnish
  • 3-4 dashes hot sauce, such as Cholula®
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped tips & tricks

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine Miracle Whip, cream cheese, capers, red onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and 3 oz. smoked salmon; process until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining 1 oz. smoked salmon. Transfer smoked salmon mixture into a serving bowl and top with dill. Serve with bagel chips.
