- 2 tbsp. butter tips & tricks
- 1/4 large red onion, sliced (Lyonnaise cut) tips & tricks
- 1/2 large red pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 large orange pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 5-6 medium mushrooms, sliced
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, or to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion slices and cook until translucent. Add red and yellow peppers; cook for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini; season with pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
