MILKSHAKE
- 3 1/2 cups strawberry ice cream see Recipe
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups sliced strawberries, plus 2 whole ones for garnish tips & tricks
WHIPPED CREAM - optional
- 1/2 cup 35% heavy cream tips & tricks
- 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar tips & tricks
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
WHIPPED CREAM
In the chilled bowl of a stand mixer, add cold heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. With the chilled whisk attachment, process until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
Transfer to the fridge until needed.
MILKSHAKE
In the jar of a blender, add strawberry ice cream, heavy cream, milk and strawberries; process until smooth, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Pour into 2 tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry.
