Strawberry Mango Margarita

- 10 to 12 large ice cubes (about 2 cups)
- 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mangoes, cubed tips & tricks
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled, washed and halved tips & tricks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 6 ounces white Tequila
- 4 ounces Cointreau liqueur or Triple Sec
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. simple syrup (substitute agave), or to taste if needed see Recipe
In the jar of a blender, add ice cubes, mangoes, strawberries, orange juice, Tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice.
Place the lid on and process until fairly smooth, about 1 minute.
To add more sweetness if needed, pour in simple syrup. Put the lid back on and process for about 30 seconds.
