- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil tips & tricks
- 1 1/2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey, or more to taste tips & tricks
- 2 tsp. raspberry jam see Recipe
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. red onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
In a large measuring cup, whisk together grapeseed oil, raspberry vinegar, honey, raspberry jam, Dijon mustard, red onions, poppy seeds and freshly ground black pepper. Pour over the salad and toss well.
If desired, add 3-4 fresh raspberries in the vinaigrette.
