Pomegranate Molasses

- 4 cups pomegranate juice, bottled or fresh
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice tips & tricks
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the juice simmers.
Reduce the heat to maintain a simmer, about medium to medium-low heat, and cook for an hour or until the juice has a syrupy consistency and has reduced down to 1 cup.
Pour into an airtight container and let it cool down.
