Directions
Preheat oven to 500ºF.
Divide all the ingredients, except
parsley
, between the two pizza crusts, leaving 1-inch from the edges.
Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
