Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups peaches, pitted, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3/4 cup Prosecco wine (substitute Champagne)
  • 4 ounces peach Schnapps
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • grenadine syrup, as needed

Directions

  • In the jar of a blender, add ice cubes, peaches, Prosecco wine, peach schnapps and rum. Blend until the mixture gets slushy.
  • At the bottom of a martini glass, pour in a little bit of grenadine syrup before pouring the peach mix into martini glasses.
  • Drizzle grenadine syrup around the edges of the glasses. Serve immediately.
