Peach Bellini

- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups peaches, pitted, peeled and cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup Prosecco wine (substitute Champagne)
- 4 ounces peach Schnapps
- 2 ounces white rum
- grenadine syrup, as needed
In the jar of a blender, add ice cubes, peaches, Prosecco wine, peach schnapps and rum. Blend until the mixture gets slushy.
At the bottom of a martini glass, pour in a little bit of grenadine syrup before pouring the peach mix into martini glasses.
Drizzle grenadine syrup around the edges of the glasses. Serve immediately.
