- 1 large salmon fillet (substitute steelhead)
- 2-3 large lemons, sliced, or as needed
- 2 tbsp. Miracle Whip®, or as needed
- 1/2 tbsp. your favorite BBQ Seasoning, or as needed Footnote
- 1/2 tbsp. Greek seasoning, or as needed see Recipe
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (substitute 1 tsp. dried dill weed) tips & tricks
Preheat the barbecue to 500ºF
Slice lemons and place them on a large piece of aluminum foil to fit the size of the filet; set aside.
Rinse the filet under water and pat it dry with paper towel to remove excess water.
Place the filet on top of the lemon slices. Evenly spread Miracle Whip on the filet and then add seasonings.
Fold the foil over forming a tent so it doesn’t touch the Miracle Whip and seasonings.
Transfer to the preheated barbecue, close the lid and grill for 15 minutes or until the filet is flaky.
Footnote: The measurements are approximate depending on the size of your fish fillet.
