Ingredients

  • 1 container (500 ml.) sour cream (light or full fat)
  • 3 1/2 to 4 tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (I always use mixed peppercorns)

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, add sour cream, onion flakes, beef bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Stir all the ingredients very well, cover and transfer to the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
  • If there are any leftovers, just cover again and return to the fridge. The next day, if the dip is thick, add a little milk until desired consistency.
