Ingredients

(500 ml.) sour cream (light or full fat)
3 1/2 to 4
tbsp.
onion flakes
1 1/2 to 2
tbsp.
instant beef bouillon powder
1/4
tsp.
garlic powder
1/4
tsp.
onion powder
1/4
tsp.
freshly ground black pepper (I always use mixed peppercorns)
Directions
In a medium bowl, add sour cream, onion flakes, beef bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir all the ingredients very well, cover and transfer to the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
If there are any leftovers, just cover again and return to the fridge. The next day, if the dip is thick, add a little milk until desired consistency.
