Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Sweet & Spicy German Mustard (substitute whole grain) see Recipe
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey tips & tricks
  • 1/2 tbsp. Herbes de Provence see Recipe
  • ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk together mustards, grapeseed oil, vinegar, honey, and Herbes de Provence; season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use. Yields ½ cup.
