Maple Glazed Walnuts

- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp. good quality maple syrup tips & tricks
- 1 pinch fleur de sel
In a skillet over medium heat, add walnuts, maple syrup and salt. Stirring often, cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until syrup starts to caramelize and coats the nuts.
Remove from the heat and spread the walnuts evenly in a single layer on a small baking sheet. Allow to cool completely before transferring them to the fridge for 2 hours.
Later on, take the tray out the fridge and release the nuts from the bottom before returning them back to the fridge; repeat a few times until they no longer stick on the baking sheet.
