Mango Purée with Mixed Berries and Cointreau

- 2 large mangoes, peeled, stone removed and diced tips & tricks
- 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup raspberries tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 tbsp. orange zest
- 1/4 tsp. powdered sugar tips & tricks
In the jar of a blender, add mangoes and puré until smooth.
In 4 glass dessert bowls, layer puréed mangoes, yogurt then the remaining puréed mangoes, leveling out each layer.
Place the bowls on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl, combine mixed berries with orange juice, Cointreau, orange zest and powdered sugar. Stir and transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours as well.
When ready to serve, top each glass with the macerated berries using a slotted spoon.
