Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette with Sesame

- 1/2 cup orange curd see Recipe
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil or any other flavorless oil tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey tips & tricks
- 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt
In a medium bowl, add orange curd. Emulsify the grapeseed oil by slowly pouring in the curd, whisking constantly - it prevents it from separating.
Continue whisking to incorporate the sesame oil as well as the white wine vinegar.
Add honey, mustard, freshly ground black pepper and salt; whisk well to blend ingredients. Serve over salad.
