This Kir Impérial always adds a nice touch to any festivity like dinner parties, soirées or even to welcome in the New Year!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 ounce Chambord liqueur, per glass Footnote
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 12 raspberries, for garnish tips & tricks

Directions

  • In champagne flutes, pour in Chambord and top it up with Champagne or sparkling wine - it will get foamy on top so let it go down a little before refilling it with Champagne.
  • Add a couple raspberries per glass as a garnish.

Notes

Footnote: Use 1/2 to 1 ounce of Chambord liqueur according to your liking.
