- 1 can (14 oz./398 ml) hearts of palm, rinsed, drained and sliced
- 4 tbsp. light sour cream
- 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste tips & tricks
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, ground
- 1 small pinch ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 1 small pinch white pepper, or to taste
- 2 large lettuce leaves, washed and torn
Rinse the vegetable thoroughly in a colander, drain and then slice.
In a bowl, add sour cream, lemon juice, ground fennel seeds, sea salt and white pepper; stir to combine.
Divide the torn lettuce among 4 small plates and place the sliced hearts of palm on top. Lightly drizzle the dressing on top.
