Greek Tuna Pasta Salad

- 1 lb. tri-color rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 can (133 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 2/3 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 2/3 cup red peppers, finely diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced tips & tricks
- 1/3 cup red onions, finely chopped tips & tricks
- 3/4 cup Roma tomatoes (about 2 large), seeded and finely diced
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek Salad Dressing, or to taste see Recipe
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, garnish tips & tricks
In a large bowl, add cooked rotini pasta, tuna, cucumbers, red peppers, celery, and red onions; toss to blend.
Add Roma tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives; gently toss again.
Pour in a little bit of Greek salad dressing and toss before adding a little bit more if needed or until the ingredients are lightly coated; season with salt and pepper.
Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and toss one more time to mix.
