Directions
In a small pot over medium heat, add all the ingredients and whisk until blended. Heat until warm through – don’t bring it to a simmer.
Remove from the heat and allow it to cool before transferring to a container and chill until ready to serve. Yields 2 cups.

Although the spices are all ground, for a better appearance, process them in a spice grinder prior to adding them to the pot.
