Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes, washed and quartered
  • 1 large red pepper, seeded and ribs removed
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and tops removed
  • 2 large celery ribs, ends removed and washed tips & tricks
  • 1 large apple such as Red Delicious or Gala, cored and peeled
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar or to taste tips & tricks

Directions

  • Using a juicer, add tomatoes, red peppers, carrots, celery and apple; process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher.
  • Add orange juice and agave nectar (*see footnote). Stir very well and serve immediately.
