brown sugar

unsweetened cocoa powder

instant espresso powder

ground Himalayan pink salt

Directions
In a 10 to 12-ounce microwave-safe coffee mug, add melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, and salt.
Stir until somewhat combined.
Pour in lukewarm milk and add vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp. chocolate chips; stir until the ingredients are nicely blended.
Sprinkle ½ tbsp. dark chocolate chips on top, if desired.
Transfer to the microwave and process on “high” for 1 minute. Continue cooking in 10-second intervals until the batter is cooked.
Allow to cool for a couple minutes before adding a scoop of
vanilla ice cream
.
