Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature tips & tricks
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise see Recipe
  • 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground mixed peppercorns, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped tips & tricks
  • 2 tsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, washed, patted dry and thinly sliced
  • 12 slices white bread or as needed, crusts removed

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Add dill and chives; stir again.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread, covering the entire surface but leaving a little gap around the edges.
  • Place cucumber on the bottom bread slice, overlapping slightly, and place other bread slice on top.
  • Slice off the crust and discard them. Slice the sandwiches at an angle, making 4 pieces, or in thirds, making 3 pieces, or simply cut in half and half again.
  • Serve immediately otherwise cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge until needed.
