Crostini
These Italian Crostini are incredibly easy to make and an amazing food vessel for dips, spreads or other toppings.

- 1 large baguette or any crusty bread, evenly sliced to 1/2-inch thick see Recipe
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, or as needed tips & tricks
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with foil; set aside.
Slice the baguette diagonally with a serrated knife. Brush on olive oil.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake them until nicely browned, about 10 to 15 minutes, making sure not to burn the bread.
Halfway through cooking though, rotate the baking sheet and continue baking for the remaining time.
