Quick and easy to make, this Classic Guacamole is a must have. Use it as a dip, a garnish for burgers, sandwiches or for many Mexican dishes.

- 2 large avocadoes, stones removed, peeled and cut into pieces tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice tips & tricks
- 2 tbsp. tomatoes, seeded and finely diced tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. red onions, finely chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped tips & tricks
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/8 tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tbsp. hot sauce such as Cholula, or to taste
In a bowl, add prepared avocadoes and lime juice; mash them using a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely combined; taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or cover and transfer to the fridge until needed.
