Caramel Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 5 rounded tsp. instant espresso powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Salted Caramel Sauce, or more plus some inside the glass and topping see Recipe
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. powdered sugar, or to taste tips & tricks
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream see Recipe

Directions

  • In a measuring cup, combine instant espresso powder and boiling water. Stir until the granules are dissolved and allow to cool. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
  • In the jar of a blender, add chilled espresso, milk, Salted Caramel Sauce, and ice cubes. Place the lid and process until liquified.
  • Taste and adjust if needed by adding powdered sugar; process again.
  • Drizzle some Salted Caramel Sauce into a tall glass before pouring in espresso mixture.
  • Pipe in a generous amount of whipped cream; drizzle more Salted Caramel Sauce on top. Serve immediately.
