Directions
In a bowl, combine cherry
tomatoes
, bocconcini,
olive oil
, chopped
basil
,
Italian seasoning
, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Skewer a red tomato followed by bocconcini, yellow tomato, bocconcini, and orange tomato; repeat with the other skewers.
In a small bowl stir
balsamic glaze
with cayenne pepper; drizzle over the prepared skewers. Serve immediately.
