- 8 oz. (1 package) cream cheese, softened tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® sauce
- 1/2 cup red peppers (substitute pimiento peppers), finely chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 cups (about 2 medium breasts) cooked and shredded chicken tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup Zippy Ranch dressing see Recipe
- 1 large chopped green onion, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cream cheese and, using a paddle attachment, process on medium speed until light and creamy. Add Cheddar, Mozzarella, and hot sauce. Process until well blended. Add red peppers and garlic; mix well using a spatula.
Stir in shredded chicken before pouring in ranch dressing; mix until well incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with green onions. Serve with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
