Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (1 package) cream cheese, softened tips & tricks
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded tips & tricks
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® sauce
  • 1/2 cup red peppers (substitute pimiento peppers), finely chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 cups (about 2 medium breasts) cooked and shredded chicken tips & tricks
  • 1/2 cup Zippy Ranch dressing see Recipe
  • 1 large chopped green onion, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cream cheese and, using a paddle attachment, process on medium speed until light and creamy.
  • Add Cheddar, Mozzarella, and hot sauce. Process until well blended.
  • Add red peppers and garlic; mix well using a spatula.
  • Stir in shredded chicken before pouring in ranch dressing; mix until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with green onions. Serve with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
