Blue Cheese Dressing
Making your own blue cheese dressing, you can really savor the ingredients! This recipe can be used as a dressing, dip or sauce. After making this, you'll never go back to store-bought.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, such as Hellmann's® see Recipe
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tbsp. buttermilk tips & tricks
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/2 tsp. honey tips & tricks
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. hot paprika
- 2 ounces Blue cheese, grated tips & tricks
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper, honey, Worcestershire sauce, hot paprika and blue cheese; whisk thoroughly.
Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Serve over salad or as a dip for chicken wings or veggies. If using it as a marinade, add more buttermilk.
