- 1/2 cup blueberries tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp. agave nectar (substitute honey), or as needed tips & tricks
In the jar of a blender, add blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, yogurt and milk; process until smooth.
Taste and adjust if necessary. If the smoothie is slightly bitter, add agave nectar to taste.
