Greek yogurt

feta cheese, crumbled

freshly squeezed lemon juice

mint leaves, chopped

olive oil

(about 8-inch diameter) pita

cup
cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces

black olives, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, feta cheese and
lemon juice
. Stir until mixed pressing down on the cheese with the back of our spoon to break it up.
Add
Greek seasoning
, garlic,
mint leaves
, black pepper and olive oil; stir until well incorporated.
Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and evenly spread the feta cheese mixture over each.
Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove from the heat and slice pita into 4 equal pieces. Add some
tomato pieces
and sliced black olives. Serve immediately.
