Ingredients

  • 4 large ice cubes
  • 3 large blood oranges, juiced tips & tricks
  • 2 ounces your favorite vodka
  • 1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec, or to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. orange juice, or to taste
  • 1 small lime wedge

Directions

  • In a glass of a Boston shaker, combine ice cubes, blood oranges, vodka, Cointreau liqueur, and orange juice. Place the metal shaker on top and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients well.
  • Place a strainer over the metal shaker and pour the mix into a chilled martini glass; garnish with a lime wedge.
