Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise see Recipe
  • 1/2 can (2 oz.) Fire Roasted diced green chiles, drained
  • 3 tbsp. red peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. jalapeño peppers, seeded, ribs removed and finely chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled tips & tricks
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Panko® breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, green chilies, red peppers, jalapeño peppers and bacon. Add ¼ cup cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • In a small baking dish, spoon in cream cheese mixture and spread evenly with a spatula; set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ¼ cup cheese with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Serve with crudités or tortilla chips.
