Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
  • 3 cups (12 oz.) cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

  • Ina medium saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice, apple juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then bring to a boil.
  • Add cranberries, stir and return to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and add orange & lemon zest; stir. Let simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool completely, about 30 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator.
