Smoky Buffalo Wing Sauce

This fabulous spicy sauce is incredibly easy to make! You can use this smoky, zippy sauce on chicken wings/drumettes, and other proteins.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter tips & tricks
  • 6 tbsp. Frank's® hot sauce Footnote
  • 3/4 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Cholula® hot sauce, or any of your choice
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. chipotle chili powder

Directions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a simmer, whisking occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low and keep it warm until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, whisk again until all the ingredients are combined again. Pour over chicken wings and drumettes.

Notes

Footnote: I find I get the best flavor using Frank's® hot sauce but feel free to use your favorite hot sauce.
