Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet (substitute steelhead)
  • 2-3 large lemons, sliced, or as needed
  • 2 tbsp. Miracle Whip®, or as needed
  • 1/2 tbsp. your favorite BBQ Seasoning, or as needed Footnote
  • 1/2 tbsp. Greek seasoning, or as needed see Recipe
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (substitute 1 tsp. dried dill weed) tips & tricks

Directions

  • Preheat the barbecue to 500ºF
  • Slice lemons and place them on a large piece of aluminum foil to fit the size of the filet; set aside.
  • Rinse the filet under water and pat it dry with paper towel to remove excess water.
  • Place the filet on top of the lemon slices. Evenly spread Miracle Whip on the filet and then add seasonings.
  • Fold the foil over forming a tent so it doesn’t touch the Miracle Whip and seasonings.
  • Transfer to the preheated barbecue, close the lid and grill for 15 minutes or until the filet is flaky.
