Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds tips & tricks
  • 1/2 tsp. fleur de sel
  • 3/4 cup good quality maple syrup tips & tricks
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, such as demerara
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil tips & tricks
  • 1/2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dried raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF and line two large baking sheets with foil; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, walnuts, almonds and salt; set aside.
  • In a pot over medium heat, add oil, brown sugar and syrup. Stir well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets hot but not boiling.
  • Pour over the dry ingredients and stir, using a spatula, until well coated.
  • Divide the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets and spread out evenly.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often (mix from the outside in). 
  • Remove from the heat, cool off a little and transfer to a large bowl. Add dried fruit and mix well.
  • Cool off completely before transferring to an airtight container.
