Indoor S'mores

Ingredients

  • 4 squares honey graham crackers
  • 2 squares (1.55 oz/43 g) milk chocolate such as Hershey's
  • 2 large marshmallows

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • On a small baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, place 4 squares of honey graham crackers. Add 2 chocolate squares big enough to cover 2 crackers. Top with 2 large marshmallows.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  • When the time is up, set the temperature to broil and continue for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the heat and place the other graham cracker squares on top of the marshmallows. Serve immediately.
