- 1/4 cup agave nectar (substitute honey) tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
- 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 1 tbsp. Cointreau liqueur (substitute simple syrup) *optional
- 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced tips & tricks
- 2 cups blueberries, washed
- 2 cups mangoes, peeled, stoned and diced tips & tricks
- 2 cups mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 1/2 cups kiwifruits, peeled, sliced and halved tips & tricks
- 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, washed and halved
- 1 cup bananas, peeled and diced
In a small bowl, combine agave nectar, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and zests along with Cointreau (see footnote); whisk until well blended and set aside. In a large bowl, combine all the fruits except the diced bananas. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface.
When ready to serve, add bananas and pour on agave nectar mixture; toss gently. Add diced bananas and carefully toss again.
FOOTNOTE: Cointreau is optional and if you don't want to use it, replace it with Simple Syrup
