Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup agave nectar (substitute honey) tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. Cointreau liqueur (substitute simple syrup) *optional
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced tips & tricks
  • 2 cups blueberries, washed
  • 2 cups mangoes, peeled, stoned and diced tips & tricks
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups kiwifruits, peeled, sliced and halved tips & tricks
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, washed and halved
  • 1 cup bananas, peeled and diced

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine agave nectar, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and zests along with Cointreau (see footnote); whisk until well blended and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the fruits except the diced bananas. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface.
  • When ready to serve, add bananas and pour on agave nectar mixture; toss gently. Add diced bananas and carefully toss again.

Notes

FOOTNOTE: Cointreau is optional and if you don't want to use it, replace it with Simple Syrup
