Wet the rim of a martini glass with a slice of mandarin before coating the rim with green and red sanding sugar.
Fill up the metal tumbler with ice cubes.
Add Vodka and an equal amount of white Crème de Cacao. Place the glass on top and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. If you prefer not having small shards of ice in your drink then stir well.
Place a strainer over the metal shaker and pour the mix into the prepared martini glass; garnish with a chocolate stick.
