Greek Tuna Pasta Salad

This colorful Greek Tuna Pasta Salad with fresh ingredients, feta cheese and a lovely dressing, is the perfect summer salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tri-color rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 can (133 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 2/3 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 2/3 cup red peppers, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced tips & tricks
  • 1/3 cup red onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Roma tomatoes (about 2 large), seeded and finely diced
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Salad Dressing, or to taste see Recipe
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, garnish tips & tricks

Directions

  • In a large bowl, add cooked rotini pasta, tuna, cucumbers, red peppers, celery, and red onions; toss to blend.
  • Add Roma tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives; gently toss again.
  • Pour in a little bit of Greek salad dressing and toss before adding a little bit more if needed or until the ingredients are lightly coated; season with salt and pepper.
  • Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and toss one more time to mix.
